Treat or not

So my tanks been set up for about 5 years give or take and i believe i have had ich in it for at least 3 to 4 of them years. Never had a major outbreak but saw salt spots on my tangs every once in awhile. Now i had to catch my fox face cause he has been bullied by my powder blue and he ate a large colony of some nice zoas. Put him in the QT with all that stress from trying to catch him and throwing him in a new environment there seems to be no out break.so do i treat him or not. It has been three days in the QT.

If you don't treat all the fish and eradicate ich in the DT, what's the sense of treating him? Sooner or later the ich will win if you don't eradicate it

only reason to treat it would be if you were moving it to a "clean" tank -if no problem, leave it alone.
what are you going to do with him?

He is not going back in the tank and don't want to give him to anyone if he has ich i just thought if he was stressed it would appear but nothing yet. Just maybe i don't have ich but maybe i will treat him for just a caution is that ok? I want to get rid of him i like him but i like my zoas more. Also i will be moving my fish to a new upgrade i just never used copper and QT my fish i will for now on but don't want to mess up and kill my fish had them for awhile now.

will do the treatment think all my fish can do copper but the dragonite so i would have to do a tank transfer or hypo on her
