Tri Color Acro Placement!!!

I have a few different tri color acros that do not seem to be colorig up. Where does everyone have theirs placed. My tank is 30 in deep with 3 14k phoenix 250w mh and blue actinic. I have 2 placed in the bottom third and 2 placed in the top third of the tank.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
