I would like to get a pair of planktonic feeding triggers, and I would just like to know how difficult if at all it is to "pair up" triggers? Is it just as simple as "dropping" a male and female in the tank, and they'll do it them selves?
the triggers I've been looking at are either (first choice)pair of Blue jaw triggers, (second) pair of Niger triggers, and third a pair of Sargassum triggers...

plz help me out a lil...

Usually just put a male and female in together and alot of times they just pair. But out of the three you have picked only the bluethroats can be told apart male to female.Niger and sargassium triggers have no visible difference between the two.

I purchased a blue throat male trigger someone had for 5 years for my 125. Two weeks later I found a female at first the male went crazy trying to get to her she was wedged in a small space behind the rocks he could not fit. He struggled for 45 minutes to get to her then he snuggled nose to nosebehind the rocks with her. I thought I had made a mtach however that is not the case. He usually swims all around the tank but seems to like to keep her on the left side out of nowhere he will charge across the tank and force her ehind the rocks. There is never any nipping and he is fine eating in the same area as her. Other times they swim together maybe this is just his way of showing her he is the boss. The behavior the last two days has relaxed more so I hope they become a pair. These will be the only two large fish besides my yellow tang I will ever add to my tank everyone else is under 3" and will stay that way. They are wonderful fish
