Triggerfish dying?

Hi all. Have a 55 Gallon QT set up with 2 baby Naso Tangs a medium sized White cheek tang and had a blue triggerfish. Copper was at 0.25 past few days, salinity at .021 and ammonia between 0 and 0.25. Done a few small water changes this week to suck up old food lying around and added salt to maintain salinity levels

Triggerfish was eating all week and then all of a sudden started swimming weird.I noticed some of his bottom underbelly fin was missing and now he's barely laying on his side, still breathing but not swimming or moving.

Any clue what happened? Been checking the tank 2 times a day past month and this happened overnight. Yesterday it was eating and swimming just fine

Have you checked the copper level recently? what copper are you using? what test kit are you using to measure the copper?

He didn't make it. :/

He didn't make it. :/

Triggerfish didn't make it through night. Looks like he has some red spots on his belly. Other fish seem to be just fine, did water change this morning after we scooped him out.

Sorry he didn't make it it's possible he had a bacterial infection these can be hard to diagnose w/pics and a lot of times by time there's visible symptoms you have a small chance if meds are not on hand
