I'm loving the T5s, the coverage is an obvious plus but the biggest thing is the actual softness of the light, it almost bends around all the corals, getting much more surface contact on the tissue, plus its natural UV such as a Halide gives off.... the Spectrum variety... its incredible... the above post of the 2 valida photos from a month and a half difference shows a clear difference....
Beautiful system!
Sorry if you have mentioned previously, but I am just wondering what your lighting schedule is? I also have a 4 bulb ATI fixture and also wondered if you had any experience with purple + bulbs? Thanks!

Lighting is simple and traditional, blue+ on Channel 1 noon to midnight (12 hours) and coral+ on Channel 2 two to ten pm.
Been getting great color and growth from the two blue two coral bulbs. I originally had two blue bulbs with a coral+ and purple+, and it gave the tank a very pink tone and was very overwhelming.
Thanks P. It's actually a Valida Acropora. It was so browned that it's now showing it's true color from zeo. Beautiful blue tips instead of purple, while losing most of the brown, now I'm hoping the coralites turn yellow or bright green.
True, I enjoy Nissan as well, If i hit a lotto, Id pick up a GTR for sure.... sick whip, but for now, my go fast days are over and am going more economical, Jetta TDI either next year or after...! LOL:spin2:
