Tropic Eden--Heads up...!

I got my Tropic Eden Miniflakes and Reeflakes today, and just wanted to give the heads up on this great substrate--it really is much nicer (and uniform and clean) than anything I have seen by Carib-Sea. I wish it was more available here on the West coast. It was worth the bucks having you ship it out here to Los Angeles for the little (60lbs) that I needed.

What I really noticed is how much CLEANER it is than any other sand I have ever used. Very little wood particles and gunk in with the sand. While I am soaking it in RO water for a week or so, the initial rinsing went very fast--this stuff is clean...!

Hi,

Very welcome. We were amazed at the quality difference and hoping the sand starts getting more popular. It's hard to show the difference online with it.
