what type of lighting do you have? the anemone looks very white ( bleached ), was he like that when you got him?

He was actually worse when we got him (I'm a sucker, I know) He's been eating everyday and darkening slowly.

We have Metal Halide (3x150) and Duel Actinics

he's ( or she's ) got nice bulbs and eating / darkening up is a good sign, glad to hear

So technically you have no idea if hes a GBTA or RBTA ? why not call him just a plain old BTA for now

If it were a RBTA, you could see the red pigments even though when it's bleached.

Its a GBTA, bleached, but def. a GBTA.
