True Perc's with stuff on their coat?

I got a pair of True Percs and they have been eating, however, they have some stuff on their coat.

Some history FYI,

Day 1, acclimated, no BTA , ate a little of brine
Day 2, BTA introduced, fell in love with BTA , ate a little of brine
Day 3, Stuff developed...

What is it? What could it be? How to treat this if this is something dangerous?

Hopefully it isn't brookynella. I am no expert on fish disease though.

If I am seeing the photo right it looks like you clown shows little specs. If that is the case I would suspect ich. You can try doing a copper dip.

If it still looks like this and hopefully not worse, then I'll perform a formalin dip/bath.. Keep you guys posted! THanks
