Hey guys,
I have a trumpet fish that needs a new home... He's approx 9-11", currently resides in my 55 gal tank. Background story in short:
My tank had been cycling w/o fish for about 2 months, so it was time for me to see if my tank was ready for fish, about the same time my cousin wanted to get rid of this trumpet ( she had been keeping him in a 20 gal w/ seahorses) I guess he was a bother to keep with the seahorses (he's a pig, eats a WHOLE FROZEN cube of mysis everyday, never let the seahorses eat)
so she brought him over one day and just threw him in my tank. Apparently he has survived a LOT, as in she dropped him on the floor and then threw him back in the tank and he is still unbelievably healthy, months later.
In short, I was keeping him as a favor (she does NOT want him back though) plus I think he needs more room. But now, it's time for me to get back on my original stocking plan, which he was NOT a part of..
So, anyone want to trade me anything for him? Really, I'm open to anything, softies, small fish, anything EASY and HARDY, this is my first REAL tank...I have been in the hobby for 3 years, but started with nano's...
im looking to stock my 55 with mostly zoa's maybe some ricordia, polyp colonies, xenia, gobies, maybe some clownfish, other reef safe small-medium fish...
PM me if you're interested. Thanks for looking! Located in Rancho Palos Verdes.
Thanks!
