Foot still red, long tentacles.....that anemone does not need to eat for 2 weeks or more.

Provide it a proper conditions, location, and get it to settle in first.

So how can one tell when an anemone is hungry? And two weeks between feedings? really?

Well, after weeks of care, the magnifica went south one night and fouled the whole tank. Glad there was nothing else in it, but I had to empty the tank, rinse of the rocks and start all over again...glad the tank was bare bottomed or I would have been in tears. And talk about STINK...I left a 10pm it was fine, by 7 the next morning...well, I knew something major was wrong when I walked in the office. I thought he was gonna have to close the place and open all the windows to clear the smell.
Now to safe guard the anenomes I have a 75 gallon tank dedicated to 2 carpets and 2 clowns. 2-250 MH lights and 384 watts of PC...I may add a harem of Yellow Finned Fairy wrasses and a couple of gobies of some type but that will be it. ...no more magnificas for me thank you
