Trying to Contact Genesis Reef Systems, HELP!

Does anyone know how to reach Genesis Reef Systems? First time I plugged in STORM ATO unit, it's completely dead. I have sent emails via their contact link on their webpage with no response, and there is no phone number I see anywhere.

Seeing as how the address provided on their site is a PO box in a UPS store.. Good luck..
I would be contacting the company I purchased the system from. Did you buy it direct from them?

How long have you been waiting on an email response?

You did press the power on switch right?
