TS-24 kit not pulsing

Not to long ago my pumps stopped pulsing and are both on just a steady stream. I have to admit that I have not cleaned the pumps in a while but I cannot see how this would stop the pulsing. Is it possible that my controller took a crap? The controller that I have is a 7094.

Does the controller light up? It could be the controller is bad or possibly the cables are corroded/ making a bad contact/ loose.
