Tub for frag tank

Does anyone know of a good brand of plastic bin, no more than 10 inches deep, that comes in a reasonably large size (width and length) that would be sturdy enough to hold water and made of plastic that would not harm corals, that could be used as a frag tank. Rather than invest in some expensive tanks right off the bat, I'd like to start with something cheaper, so if it doesn't work, I haven't dropped a wad on the tank. The lights are already going to hurt enough. As well as a skimmer.

LOL ;)

Whats a reasonably large size to you?

Frankly anything from the hardware store (home depot,etc..) that fits your size requirements will be just fine.

Probably 48x18 would be about the right size, but shallow, not deep. I've seen the ones at home depot and lowes but I wasn't sure if they were strong enough to hold that much water without cracking. A lot of them seem quite flimsy if they are clear. The smaller opaque ones seem stronger but I worry they might be too small.

You can build a shell to incase it with 2 x 4s. It would only need to be a box on bottom and top connected at the corners.

a 50g rubbermaid stock container would be a bit wider than you are looking for (more like 30" but they are indestructible and available at Farm & Fleet for all of $70
