That's pretty cool. You should post as much info about your care, maintenance and equipment/water parameters as possible.
If this is in fact the first known captive split it's significant.

I've only had it for about a month. Params
Tank: 75g, 12g sump, 10g refugium
pH: 8.2-8.3
dKH: 10/11
SG: 1.027 (usually at 26 but had some ATO issues)
Ammonia: 0
Nitries: 0
Nitrates: 0 (trying to raise them)
I haven't changed my water in 3 weeks because I'm trying to raise my nitrates. I do not dose anything BUT two days ago I mixed up some kalkwasser using pickling lime and injected about 1ml into different majano anemones. I did the same this morning (before I noticed the tube anemone).
Also, 2 days ago, I upped my dose of GFO from 1 tbs (yes, 1 tablespoon) to 2 tbs and I also added activated carbon. Mixed both in a reactor.
Filtration is a 12g sump with an algae turf scrubber, filter sock (4"x8"), and poly filter. I replace the filter sock every 4 days or so once it starts to overflow. I haven't replaced the poly filter for a month or so. It's just pillow stuffing from Michael's craft store. I have chaeto and feather caulerpa in the sump. I have feather and halymenia macro in the refugium, along with unwanted red hair algae (only in the refugium, for now...)
I had 5 mangroves stuffed into the overflow box hanging on the back of my tank but I took them out last week to try and raise my nitrates.
Lighting is 2 DSunY (chinese brand) panels, with total LED power of 162W (27 LEDs per panel). They ramp up to 100% around 11 to 2:30PM then back down. I recently (3 days ago) changed the night settings to mimic the lunar cycle.
Care of anemone: I usually feed it either chopped fish or chopped squid (grocery store stuff) once or twice a week. It probably also gets some of my homemade fish food (salmon, nori, shrimp, scallop, coral frenzy, hommade garlic extract, don't remember all the ingredients) once in a while.
Related note: I also have 2 GBTA, one of which is the split of the larger one. That split happened about 8 months ago, when the tank was about 5 or 6 months old. The tank is 14 months old now. I do recall that at the time of the GBTA split, I added a condy (RIP) a day or two before. This time, maybe the split is caused by either the additional GFO or the kalk?
I'll post anything else I think of

The baby finally came out the tube about 3 weeks ago and I have it on the other side of the tank in a pvc tube. The parent is still in it's casing but hasn't came out since the baby left. I'm not sure what to do if anything about that.

Do you know what caused it or remember your routine/tank specs at the time?
I didn't realize until now that this occurred back in May 2015. I'm not sure what causes it to do this. My water parameters are the basic norms for what you see recommended here. I do feed it small cut shrimp twice a week. It stays out all day and night and when I feed it with the tongs, it doesn't pull itself back into it's casing.

Ca: 500 or more. Tested twice with a Salifert kit and ran out of liquid before it changed color
Mg: 1485. Tested with a Nyos kit. Also had it tested last week at my LFS and it was about 1500 then also

So I have an update on this. I have not seen the 2nd anemone since that first day so I pulled the tube out of the sand and found that it was connected to the larger tube. I don't think it split. I think that it maybe split it's tube and what I saw was the anemone in the middle of moving from the smaller section to the larger section.
Very possible. The baby that mine had came out for that one day you see the pictures of and then went back inside for months. I do believe it was connected to the parent like you have stated and eventually separated from it but I cannot verify if that is true but it makes perfect sense to me.

Interesting. So you didn't see the second one at all for a few months?
I didn't see it again from the first time I saw it until I found it on the laying on top of the sand bed next to the parent. That had to be about 10 months. My guess it was still attached to the parent, getting its nutrition from the parent until it was time for it go on its own. It was about 4-5 inches long and not quite as thick as a cigar. Its doing very well in the PVC tube I provided it to live in until it makes its own tube.
