Tubs Blue???

I was at one of our local LFS and bought an awesome 12 polyp frag of Tubs Blues for 35 bucks ( he fragged them from a huge colony in his personal tank) they were opened and looked great in the display got them home last night acclimated and dipped them no zoa pox. I was wondering if they are one of the species that take a little longer to open up?? Any ideas?

The Tubbs I got took a little more than 2 weeks to open. Granted, they were shipped cross country so it's to be expected that they would take longer to open. I had to put them in a low light, low flow area to get them to open. Good luck with yours!

I put mine in moderately high flow, and at the top of my 20g that has two T5 HO's. They opened right away.
They are more delicate than others, though. Start down low and go up. I got lucky w/ mine I guess.

I love these,they were my first zoas,I just fragged up about 6 frags of them for the frag swap in Atlanta!
