Tune 6000 Not working

Hi,

I have a pair of Tunze Streams 6000 with the 7094 micro controller.

One of the pumps is turning very slowly, the other is working fine.

I've cleaned the bearings and don't believe that is the cause of the problem.

Is there a way to get this repaired and what would be the approximate cost?

Worst case scenario I would discount an upgrade to a 6105 so it is worth sending in. The repair cost could be anywhere from $32-210 but it is probably in the $90 range.

Replacement Tunze Mounting Bracket

Replacement Tunze Mounting Bracket

Hi Roger,

I have a pair of Tunze 6000 with the brackets that hang down, not the magnetic ones.

The arm that connects/slides into to the body of the power head is cracking. I did not see these mounting bracket kits available on marinedepot.com. Anyway to order two new mounting bracket kits

If you just want the arm this is part 6080.400, Premium Aquatics stocks them and you can also order them on Tunze.com. The full kit is 6060.250, we do have this in stock (1 only) and you can order it at tunze.com.
