Tunze 6025 for flow behind rockwork

I have a custom 90 gallon, 36Lx24Wx24H with 1/2" glass. Currently I have a vortech MP40 on the left side and am looking to add some supplementary flow behind my rockwork from the left side. Would a nanostream 6025 be able to cover the 36" distance? Or do I need to go for the 6045? I think the 660 gph should be enough if it can cover that distance.

Thanks.

A 6025 covers 30" fairly well, past 30" the flow is fairly weak. It would likely work, just keep in mind the pump does need to be removed and cleaned so don't bury it in rock where it is not accessible.

Thanks for the response! Does the 30" apply to all nanostreams or does it scale with the gph?
