tunze 6025 is making a rattling noise

one of my tunze's is making a rattling noise and it's pretty annoying. there's a problem with the magnet, where two of them are opposing so it's doesn't attach perfectly. could that be why maybe? or could it be the impeller? basically, how can i get it to stop? thanks!

Have you taken the pump apart? Is the shaft broken or does it come out, or is it still fimly seated?

Check the shaft, but the magnets are also a likely problem if they repel on one side. It is probably best to just send the pump in since we definitely have to replace the magnet holder.
