I just got my 6025 two days ago. I seems like it doesn't always want to go forward. If I turn the power off and back on it corrects itself. Am I doing something wrong?

On a brand new 6025 you may find that there is too much vaseline on the shaft of the pump causing the drive unit to stick. They started lubricating everything with a small amount of vaseline for a factory test run about two months ago. If you just pull the drive unit out and wipe it down and make sure the stainless steel disk is not stuck to it, it should work properly.
