Tunze 6045 bracket snapped

I was cleaning my 6045 as I was doing a water change and the bracket just snapped. I was simply cleaning it with a small brush and I can't believe it just snapped like that. I have to say I haven't been happy with this powerhead since I got it (not that great of flow for the price) and now this. Can I replace just the bracket? Are these brackets that flimsy that it would break that easily? Everybody raves about Tunze products and this is my first purchase, but I'm really unhappy.

6055 Bracket Failure

6055 Bracket Failure

I have four 6055's. When I bought them, I had two of them where the tabs snapped during assembly. After having to wait almost a month to get the pumps, I fixed this by glueing them to the magnetic base. Now, just the other day I see that one of the ball pivot brackets snapped. I made an attempt to repair this, in vain. Not knowing where to go to replace these brackets has proven frustrating- especially when spending around $900 on these four pumps. I'm afraid to make any adjustments to the other pumps at this point for fear of failure of these brackets. Where should I go to get replacement brackets for these pumps? Any and all help is highly appreciated!

If you haven't already, send me a PM and we will ship you the brackets you need ASAP. We changed plastics and made the tabs thicker about 3 months ago.
