Tunze 6045 has busted shaft

Roger, my Tunze 6045 looked it had its shaft rusted in two. Is there a way to fix this? I am afraid to dig in there until I hear from you.

The only fix is to send it in for replacement of the pump. The shaft cannot be replaced.

Is there anything special I need to do to send back in? Do I need a RN# ? Also how much does the repair cost?

No charge barring any really extreme situation of the pump being smashed or really neglected. Just put a note in the box with your phone number and return address.
