Tunze 6045 magnet issues

First, I'm looking for support from a Tunze rep. I was also wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
My magnets to my Tunze are basically falling apart. The inside is appeared to be corroding and now the plastic is cracking. Literally, falling apart.
Anyone else? I'm hoping Tunze will step in and send me a couple magnets.

I am at MACNA in San Diego so I don't have the best access to quick pricing, but the current mount is 6025.515 magnet, 6025.630 clamp and 6020.620. The total for the 3 parts would be about $40. If your glass is thinner you could use 6025.512, it is about $8 less.
