Tunze 6045

I bought a Tunze 6045 last summer and recently the propeller stopped spinning.. I looked inside and the metal shaft holding the propeller broke in side.. I can't get the metal out of the area it broke off in ... Does anyone have a suggestion on how fix this? Is this a common problem?

It was an older problem because the shaft material was defective and we changed it. If you send me the pump I will replace it-

The pump is a great pump and I've never had any mechanical problems with it before.. the clip had to be replaced, but its been working great!... Thanks for your response.. I appreciated it!
