Tunze 6055 updated parts

Hey Roger does this include Canada? I have six of these 6055`s running with two 7095`s . I have added them slowly to my tanks, none are over a year old but one of the first that I bought has a broken C-clamp and the propelor has come loose from the drive unit.

All of these pumps click when run on interval 1 , can I also get the new fixes for my Tunze`s?

I read all the bad reports before I bought them about the C-clamps breaking and such so I siliconed the c-clamp to the magnet. I have been very carefull with the clamps and it still broke,they must be very brittle. Its almost a good thing that the propelor broke as I did not notice the C-clamp was cracked. I contacted the store where I bought them but they said they do not carry parts but could order from Germany?

I like these but now I`m kinda worried they will all start to deteriorate

The clamps were changed 3 months ago to a more flexible plastic so this issue is solved. You should be able to get the parts through Phil.

Can I just buy these from you as this Canada dealer guy wont even call or email me back, pretty lame really.

Yes, but it really shouldn't be so difficult. The main problem will be the expense of shipping. I would give it a couple days. Who did you buy the pumps from?

I also just bought 2 6055 from J&L at the boxing day sale... not sure what I have but would sure like to get a few spare of these thing so i'm not cought with my pants down...

J&L should be able to get you these parts, I would just tell them you need a 6025.51 clamp for any pump you bought before October and 6 6055.70 drive units and 6 6055.74 disks. They can arrange it.

I also bought them from J&L, they told me it would take months to get parts as they had to come from Germany.

I don't think that is true, maybe for the 6055.70 but not for the clamps. We get shipment by air and sea and air takes 10 days maximum and sea takes 4 weeks and Canada is much closer to Germany than Texas is to Germany.

I have sent them another email asking for replacements, today. I even ordered another 6055 from them yesterday so I could get parts right away.

They better do something for me or it will be the last order they get.

If they wont do it can I still get these from you, I can pay and USPS express wont be to expensive, i`m just worried now that all are going to start to go.. and make a mess.
