Tunze 6055

Got a problem with my 6055, bought on 10/2/15 brand new from Drs F&S and it's the model without the 7090 controller. It stopped working on my 7095 ( this controller is 1 week old brand new). I unplugged it from the controller and it started working again. Hooked it back up to the controller and it stopped. I plugged it into another channel on the controller and the same thing. Tried another cable and the same thing. I plugged a known working pump into the channel on the controller and this pump works. Seems like when hooked up to the controller something is failing in the pump or the small box that the power supply and the controller cable plug into.

It is the 6055, basically the 6055's without the 7090 made since about Nov 2014 already had the internal circuitry for the 7090, but without the 7090 you can't correct the minimum speed so it will work with the 7095. This new circuitry incorporated a lot more safeties and a much lower minimum speed (20%) but it has to be calibrated for different controller signals. I can swap the motor block for you, just PM me or email me your info.
