Tunze 6080 Triping Circuit

I have had 2 6080s for 4 months now and 2 days ago one started triping my breaker. Any idea why other than a leak in the pump housing?

Also, I originally was looking to go with 2 and the multicontroller. When I wanted to purchase TUNZE was changing the model so I had to go with the 6080s. Does anyone have experinece with the 6101 and the multicontroller? Is it worth the extra cost?

I don't like the solid stream and am looking for options.

I have 2 -6101's with a 7095 controller on a 120 gal. They are great and worth every penny.

Have you tried cleaning the 6080? They can do this when they are locked up with calcium and the internal overheat switch is going off.
