Tunze 6101, Alarm going off

All of a sudden the alarm on my Tunze started going off. I soaked the pump in Vinegar & cleaned it as per some recommendation on searching here.
I tried connecting it back on, & still the alarm is going off, & the impeller is not spinning. Any suggestions. Please help.

If the cleaning steps outlined in the sticky thread on driver alarms did not solve it, you very likely have a dead motor. In that case the only repair is a new 6105 or the 6105 upgrade kit offered as part 6100.015 on tunze.com. This is a 6105 with no magnet holder, it instead retrofits your existing rail or magnet holder.
