Tunze 6101 not working

I have 2 6101s with the 9935 transformer. For some reason neither will start up. I have given them vinegar baths every month since I purchased them. The transformers used to have a faint light that lit up and now they dont? Is there a fuse that can be replaced? Is there any way to tell how old they are for warranty purposes? Thank You.

The 6101's were discontinued in Sept 2008 and power supply 9935 (our part number 6101.240) was replaced by 6105.240 in Feb 2010 in all pumps and as a spare part. These power supplies have a finite life which is typically 3-4 years and can be less in high humidity or heat, they last the longest with humidity below 70% and temperatures below 80F. From what you describe they have failed and need to be replaced, part 6105.240 is the current replacement part.
