Tunze 6101 - small rattling noise

Hi Roger,

I have two Tunze 6101 pumps ! Great pumps overall, very happy with them and the flow they produce.

Only problem I have with them, is that they make this constant rattling noise..kind of like a constant ticking. Both of them make this noise. It's not a very loud noise, but since it's constant..I wish I could get rid of it.

Any suggestions ?

It sounds like the bearing bush is not fully seated, this is part 3000.62 in your manual. Push it in all the way.
