Tunze 6101 stopped working

I have got a couple months old 6101 that just stopped working. It was running off of a 7095. I tried cleaning it and that did not fix the problem. The red light is lite up on the power supply and the 7095 seems to recognize the pump is there when I plug it in but the pump will not spin.

I also have have a 6000 running on the 7095 and I used the same cable that was going to 6101 and it works fine on the 6000.

What do I need to do?

Send in the pump and power supply and we will replace whatever part is defective.

Be sure to include a return address and phone number, usual turnaround is 24hrs we then return the item by UPS ground.
