tunze 6101 turbelle stream will not start up

I have a newer 6101 with the one piece impeller system. The pump will not run after it switches off. The pump is on a 6095. If I remove the screen and pull the impeller out and place it back in, the pump will run until the 6095 turns off the pump when the interval changes over. It will then not start up on the next interval. I have competely cleaned the pump. The bearing and impellar look perfect. I even changed the impellar with another pump and the same problem occurs. Any ideas what to do next? This pump has ran flawless for several years.

Try to run it on different channel on the controller...

Thanks JarHead, but that didn't work. In fact, I can't get it to work now no matter what I try. I tried bypassing the controller and it doesn't work.

How many 6101 do you have? If you have more than one, you can swap the component around to figure out which went bad. First swap out the transformer. if the transformer working then the motor block having problem. Or you can send the pump to Roger and he will fix it for you and return in the same day.

JarHead, I have 3. The other 2, however, are older models with the big round transformer and silver boxes. The one acting up is a newer updated model I added for more flow when my corals grew large. If I can't get it to work, I will send it to Roger.

I want everyone to know I am very happy with these pumps. I think they are awesome. After about 4-5 years of use, this is my first issue.
