Tunze 6105.50 Safety Connector

I just installed 2 of these. One of them shuts off the AC power supply when I connect it. (ie the green light goes off on the AC power supply. The other one does not, ie the green light on the AC power supply stays on.

So I assume since they both do different things, one is not working properly but which one?

The one that shuts off the power supply has an issue, it is either the power supply or the safety connector, basically the power supply is shutting off due to an overload or short.

It shuts on off a different power supply as well, so I think it is the safety connector.

Thanks Roger, great support as always! Stuff sometimes breaks or doesn't work, that is life. How a company deals with it is how I measure vendors and Roger and Tunze are among the best!
