Tunze 6105 not working

I have an older style 6105, shaft connected to outer flow nozzle.

It has a 24v jumper.
I noticed the jumper light looks like it has a dull blink to it.
I took apart the impeller assembly and cleaned it with tooth brush, still ng.

The power supply is good, I verified with my other 6105.

Any idea what's going on.

Also, should I be using the 24v or 18v on the 6105

thanks

You can use either 24 or 18V. My guess is the prop and magnet are stuck to the metal shaft, they should spin easily on the metal shaft.

Hi Roger,

still ng, i removed and cleaned the magnet and entire shaft assembly.

tried spinning with finger while pump on and i don't sense it trying to spin.

power supply is good, I swapped with other 6105

pic of shaft
it spins inside the motor housing

It could be the end connector, does the power connection feel loose or do you see any corrosion?

checked our connector looks ok.

It seems like it wants to turn on. i get some movement for brief second
when I turn it by hand with front shroud off.
Kinda like the old WW1 plane thing!!
Maybe I should put on my leather hat

It could be a motor issue where the motor overheats and turns off due to a short. I really could not diagnose it further without seeing it.

Yes, just include a note with your return address and phone number.
