Hello Roger,

My 6105 has stopped working recently after a few mins of being on. After I plug it in, it stops after 1-5 mins. If I unplug it and plug it back in, same story.

I have cleared the unit, swapped power supplies as I have 3 of these, and can't figure it out.

Please help and thank you!

How old is it? Do you know if it has the newer fixed shaft design or the older removable shaft design?

It should be the fixed shaft style, when you remove the propeller a titanium shaft should be left behind in the middle of the well. The removable style ended production in late 2011 and the shaft had a blue bushing on each end and reached from the bottom of the motor to the front housing.

Ok thank you. what can I do to get it working once again?

Have you taken the propeller assembly out and verified the shaft is still fixed in the motor and the propeller/magnet is not seized inside the pump due to calcium deposits?
