Hi Roger

My pump seems to be misbehaving its only about 4 months old. Its connected to the 7095 & the 24v jumper. Whenever it ramps up to full speed the impellor sometimes stops then starts again very quickly. If i turn the dial on the 7095 to a constant speed it runs fine any ideas.

Hi Roger i think i have found the problem it seems to be the 24v jumper. I have just changed this for another 24v & it does the same, However if i use 12v or 18v the pump behaves just fine.

Yes, I have come across this before and if the pump is clean, especially the drive unit is not partially sticking to the shaft from calcium or debris, the issue is likely the motor. What country are you in?

Hi Roger thanks for getting back to us im in the UK. I sourced some new 24v jumpers & changed both on my 6105's & so far they have worked without any issues. I will see how they go, If they cause anymore issues i will post here & return the unit to place of purchase.
