Tunze 7095 and water don't mix...

Hey Roger. Had a mishap this am while doing a water change. Needless to say my muticontroller was splashed. Quickly wiped it down, and everything seemed ok, but several hours later my pumps were off. Did a quick trouble shooting, pumped my pumps directly into the outlets, and they worked, so it had to be the controller.

Can these be serviced? who to send it too?

Water damage is not repairable. I can however discount a new one if you give me a call. 512-833-7546

For anyone who doesn't yet know, Roger defines what customer relations should be like; Tunze is lucky to have him.
