tunze 7095 question on settings!

I was wondering what the best setting is? I was told interval2 do you have the left pumps tied together and the right pumps tied together?

Well it has the 4 settings I was just wondering which was the best for the closet to the ocean?

I have been told interval 2 set at 6 hrs? but I was just curious?

Interval 2 with 6hr intervals is the closest to the natural tide rhythym and it is easiest on the pumps.

do you set the pumps on the same side?I have 4 pumps 2 right and 2 left..should I have the 2 left coming on the same time and then the 2 right? that way there is even flow?
