I wanted to commend Tunze's customer srevice (Chris to be exact) in taking care of my broken skimmer cup in less than 10 minutes. I contacted Tunze and sent them a couple of pictures of the broken skimmer cup (broke on one of the seals). Tunze contacted me back and sent a new one in the mail. Excellent customer service and very friendly people to do business with. A+++ in my book.
