Hello Roger
First of all greetings to the forum and forgive all my writing in English.
Until 1 month thing I have had a reef tank of 460 liters with 2 Tunze skimmer the 9010 and 9011 placed the inside with a very good result, getting very good foaming.
I recently installed a sump and an overflow Tunze 1074 / 2. I placed the two skimmer in the sump to a depth of 25 cms., I have also placed two sump skimmer accessories.
As I said, after 1 month of operation, the skimmer can not get the same performance have previously had in the ballot box, hung in the corners of the aquarium.
I have some questions:
Is the depth of 26 cms is correct?
Should have better performance?
Do I need to install the cartridges of foam in the outlet pipe?

It may be the sump accessory is not installed correctly. If it is working water will exit the pipe. If no water is exiting the pipe, something is not correctly installed and the skimmer will not work.

The depth is high for in sump use, it can work, but you could also use no sump kit and it would work. (I am sorry I did not catch this yesterday). For in sump kit the water level can be 10-28cm and water should exit the pipe in all settings. With no sump kit 24-29cm will work. I might suggest to remove the sump kit and see if it works better, if so, then something must be wrong with how the kit is installed. If it does not work better, than we have another problem.
