Tunze 9010 problem

Hello

I bought a 9010 4 weeks ago.
It worked ok, but since 4 days ago, the skimmer produces foam, but this
foam does not rise into the reaction pipe, and is too loud.

I´m very worried and I would like to know if you can help me.

Yes, it makes a lot of air noise. If you PM me your name and address, (I see you are in Chile), I will mail a new venturi nozzle. It takes about 4 weeks for mail from US to Chile.
