tunze 9010 stopped

I came home after a weekend and my skimmer stopped working. I have actually had this problem before and had to send it in. I have taken it apart and cleaned it but that didn't seem to work. I did not take the shaft apart and mess with those little shoes cause I remember last time it was difficult to get them back in. Do you have any suggestions I try before sending it back. Thanks.

Can you explain what it is doing, does it chatter, hum or vibrate or is it just dead?

just dead. I tried unplugging it for a few hours and then turning it back on. No effect.

Send it in, we will need to replace it if it is dead.
