When will these be available and can you tell me what the major difference is over the 9010 model and does it have the same footprint Im working with a sump with very little space Im hoping the extension kit is not required but if it is what would the total footprint be.

They are now available, the 9011 has a new pump that is quieter and includes a magnet holder. The extension kit is included and when used the footprint is roughly 5" by 7".
