tunze 9020 clean water outlet

my tunze 9020 is been up and running for about 2 weeks, and i try to keep the water level just a lil lower than the blue line. however,i don't see clean water come out from the blue sponge pipe, so is there something wrong ? where which part of the skimmer that the clean water comes out ?

check the plastic piece behind sponge tube ,,happen same thing here

which part you talking about ? and check for ??

does it have anything to do with the sliding cover at the bottom? it has to be use with the suction cup cover which has no venting holes?

The cover at the bottom must be the one with suction cup feet and it must be on all the way. The beveled edge should face forward. The coupler between the pump and the intake grid at the front of the skimmer is the other critical element.
