Tunze customer service is AWESOME!

Had an issue with my nano stream and Roger took care of it promply and without hassle. This company's level of cutomer care and product support is beyond compare! Coupled with a great product line and there is no wonder they have such loyal customer base.
 
Same experience for me. This company has BY FAR the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Roger and Tunze kick butt.

These guys answered my questions QUICKLY when the local vendors couldn't.
 
If you live in the US.
Ive been without a pump since mine broke down for 17 days and counting. Im not impressed with Tunzes support in Canada and this is a common complaint.

After multiple unanswered e-mails to Phil @ Xenia (Canada's so called Tunze support) to get support, I eventually scraped the unit and went a different route. From reading this forum, I can only dream of the support you lucky guys get in the States.
 
Need to update this thread. Support from Phil@Xenia is still horrible. Sent my pumps in since OCt, now it is April and still have not received anything. Going to switch out all my Tunzes to Vortech once they are all dead. Won't be tunze customer ever again unless i move to States

Had a very bad experience with Canada customer service too. Well i should say, total lack of service. One would think that such a large company would be better at servicing their products. Frankly it's the worst i've seen.
 
i havent had a chance to use their service cause my pumps still pumping hope i dont jinx myself
