After multiple unanswered e-mails to Phil @ Xenia (Canada's so called Tunze support) to get support, I eventually scraped the unit and went a different route. From reading this forum, I can only dream of the support you lucky guys get in the States.
Had an issue with my nano stream and Roger took care of it promply and without hassle. This company's level of cutomer care and product support is beyond compare! Coupled with a great product line and there is no wonder they have such loyal customer base.
