Tunze DOC 9010 defective impeller

My 4 months old Tunze 9010 is producing a lot less skimmate lately, and the flow from the output is dramatically reduced. So I took the unit apart and noticed one of blades on the impeller is touching the base. Can this be the problem? Pictures below.

That is odd. I can mail another and you can probably bend it into shape for the time being, PM me an address.

BTW I try to bend it into shape but it ended up cracking the blade =(
