Tunze - Excellent Service

Shout out to Tunze & Roger for the excellent customer service and responsiveness.

I purchased a Tunze controller 4 years ago and recently had some issues getting it to work properly.

Roger took the time to test the controller, determine it was user error (nicely told me what I was doing incorrectly) and refused any payment for his service or return shipping.

Highly recommend Tunze for both the superior product and unparallel service.
