Hi Roger,

When cleaning my impellor on my wavebox I accidently broke it. Are you around this holiday week that I can purchase a new one and you can ship it off to me when possible.

This week we are closed, we are just doing bookkeeping and inventory. If you place the order on Tunze.com we will get it and ship the part late this week as we do plan to do small parts ship outs later this week.

Roger what would be the part# for that and how does the old impellor come out does it just pull out?

I would just order part 6200.70. You just pull out all the old parts and put in the new one, it is a complete kit that includes everything you need.

Just received it today..Thanks for the quick turnaround. Next problem how do I get the broken one out? Since its broken there is nothing to grab on to to pull it out?

The first thing I try is driving a deck screw into the center of the magnet. Try pulling it out, if it doesn't come out grab the screw with a pair of pliers and tip the pump down and have someone gently tap the pliers with repeated light blows until it comes out. You can use a slide hammer as well if you have one.

Well...I tried the screw even drilled a small hole got part of it out. That's it. I might have massacred it a bit so...before I do anything more I'm just going to send it to you. Just let me know the charge when you receive it.
