Tunze just aint workin?

I'm thinkin its a 6045. I plugged it in and all it does is vibrate. It doesnt do that initial click. It doesnt turn back like its supposed or really attempt to turn at all. I was thinkin it was the magnet in the propeller cause its makin the same sound that a hang on the back filter does when it goes bad. any idea?

Did you take it apart and clean it? I bought one that did the same thing. I took it apart and cleaned it really well and it works great!

When ou take it apart is everything intact? Is the shaft affixed to the pump motor in the impeller well?

i dont know how else to clean it but to separate the cage. i got the coraline off of it and inbetween the holes idk how it ran it was that bad. I know how to take the propeller and magnet out but is that all u can do?
