Tunze Nano 6045 won't restart and broken clips

To whom it may concern,

I bought 2 of Tunze model 6045's couple months ago (sorry, can't remenber the exact date) from OC Acquatic. Both of them always give me a hard time to restart when I turn them off for water change or short period black out. Even though I soaked them with vinegar but it didn't help either. Today, after I removed them out of the tank to soak it with vinegar again, both of them had broken clips. My question is should I purchase new impellers and the clips? and where to place the order from? Marinedepot doesnot carry them at this monet as my understanding.

No need to purchase anything it is covered under warranty. Can you send them in so we can figure out why they aren't working and get them fixed up?
