Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152 - Pump Will Not Start

Hi there. We were trading voice mails yesterday. Figured I would post here so I could post a photo of the label with the info you wanted. The Osmolator was purchased Dec 23rd 2017 so it's new. I just finished setting up the tank (an xmas present) so this was it's first use.

Label number that I think you want is 201503. I will also post a photo for you shortly.

I hear the controller clicking about every 1 second but nothing from the pump. I tried the 9 volt test as well and nothing from the pump.

Thoughts on where we go next ?

Yes indeed. I should be all set with the replacement pump and controller being sent. Thanks again for all of your help.
